STEP 1
SWEEPING
A thorough microfibre sweeping of the entire area is carried out to remove any dry dirt
STEP 2
PROTECTION
The surrounding area is protected by masking tape, plastic sheeting or other appropriate materials to ensure that no residue encroaches.
STEP 3
CLEANING
We apply our cleaning solution, then agitate the solution using rotary cleaning machines.
If necessary, the grout is scrubbed using a tile grout brush. This treatment loosens accumulated soil.
STEP 4
RINSE & DRY
Oil and dirt will be removed from your tiles and flooring g leaving the floor perfectly clean and residue free.
STEP 5
SEALING
Once cleaned, most hard surfaces can be treated with a number of different coatings, including sealants where appropriate.
If tiles are being cleaned, the sealant can be applied to your grout in a colour of your choice.
This restores and changes the look of your tiles and makes them look like brand new.
